Mr. Fady Kabalaoui has been engaged in managing and acting in the capacity as one of the project stakeholders within mega projects, across the Globe, starting from Kuwait between the years of 1980 and 1984, proceeding to be a team member of one of the major USA leaders in LSTK housing construction, The Hunt Building Company, HQ in Elpaso TX, from 1985 to 1991, where he managed to build on LSTK basis, literally small cities within the prestigious military installations of Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA. Engaged in multiple contracts in Pearl Harbor Hawaii, where he managed the first phase of the entire construction of the infrastructure for the future new wharf for the trident nuclear submarines, followed by being awarded and managing the new wharf its self for the trident nuclear submarine, and subsequently being awarded and managed the LSTK construction of the maintenance facility of the wharf for the trident nuclear submarines.

In 1995 and up to 2006. Mr. Fady Kabalaoui accepted to form and partner up with International Center for Construction (ICC) to create, structure and manage their new branch in the Eastern province, , where he lead this newly established firm to become one of the most sought out construction firms in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, and lead it to become one of the most successful construction entities, serving and working hand in hand with the most prestigious clients in the Area, such as but not limited to Saudi Aramco, Saudi SABIC, SEC, SWCC, and multiple of the most prominent private sector cliental. Upon selling the company to D&S. Mr Fady Kabalaoui pursued to founding Saaria Construction Company WLL, which is now solely owned by him and being managed as a 100% foreign Investment firm, and a Single Person Company WLL in Saudi Arabia.
